I need acetaminophen free cold medicine that won't raise my BP. The name brand of this is pretty much the only pill option, but its pretty pricey. I just can't make myself pay more for a product that contains the same ingredients. This definitely has aspects that feel cheap, eg the packaging and coating, but it gets the job done for significantly less. I usually use a different generic, so I did not have the time to compare every ingredient like I had on my preferred brand, I was sick when I ordered.

It’s so hard to find this medication in the store. For us with high blood pressure, this stuff is a god send.

Works well and the price is right. Anyone that needs HBP medication should try this one.

I usually only have to take 1 a day

I bought this for my grandmother who was dealing with a mix of a cold and allergies - the worst part being the heavy cough she couldn't get rid of. Yesterday she took one in the evening and one 6-7 hours later (after waking up with a cough that I noticed sounded significantly more "smooth") and I've yet to hear her cough since! It's been like night and day with her overall wellness, since it seems to have helped her get rid of that residual mental/physical funk from being ill as well.Something to note is if you're petite and/or sensitive to medications, this stuff (like most cough meds) is most likely going make you very loopy. Take it and get some rest!
