Everything is good. Just the material soooo cheap. I don’t think it worth of the money value. But it is a good tool for home work out.

The media could not be loaded.  This ab roller is a lot Easier than most I highly recommend at first I started not being able to go all the way out I used to go half way build myself and then bam got it all the way highly recommend

I would think that something so basic wouldn't give me the ab workout you wanted but i but i was so wrong. This ab roller was basically put together already i just needed to snap the handles into place and then wow. The glide and return stretch and hit every stomach muscle i have and then some. Nothing super fancy but exactly what i needed to get the crunches and sit ups out of my life that i had become so bored with.

I have the original Ab Carver for comparison. Both are the same size. The grip won both are contoured, which is a plus. In use, the original for some reason feels more solid and is smoother. May be I have a bad sample of the NAKO. It's functional and I'll keep it, but if my sample is indicative of the typical NAKO version, I'd say spend an extra $10 for the original Ab Carver.

Easy to assemble, comfortable grip and the braking is a nice feature.

I ordered this in green was so excited for its arrival to get started… opened the boxed to already used merchandise! Very upset over it all! I got it on a sale night … not a previously used night! I was told to return item and reorder … what at full price?
