This sauce has a great flavor--more complex than most. I'd say medium hot but very tasty. Friends try it and want to know where to get it....therefore makes a great gift for the heat seekers in your circle.

....and not enough serrano. I realize green salsas are not associated with extreme heat however more serrano would be great.I know hot sauces.

IDK if I'm missing something? Did I get a bad batch? NOT A FAN! I thought I was going to get a nice tomatillo, cilantro, verde sauce, but this stuff just tastes like black table pepper to me. What's weird is there is no black pepper listed in the ingredients.I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Secret Aardvark Habanero sauce, but this stuff isn't for me.

It clearly shows 0 carbs in the listing yet the actual label says 1 carb. I got this because it was 0 carbs. Waste of my money and false advertising.

I mostly use this with Chipotle bowls and it works great along with San Pedro Habanero hot sauce on top of it. Ya taste the flavor, not just the heat!
