I can’t say enough about this company’s customer service! I ordered a two-pack of these bag holders and one was missing the hook to connect it to a leash, and upon emailing the company they sent me not only a new hook, but another bag holder, four rolls of replacement bags and a set of replacement batteries. Love love love this product; super easy to hook onto a leash, replace bags and will be a repeat customer in the future!

These are fantastic! Great value for not one- BUT TWO! The light is great for late night potty trips, and they are far more attractive than some of the bag dispensers out there.

Looks and works exactly as described. My only wish is that it was rechargeble with USB instead of using watch batteries. I can definitely find my dog's "deposits" with the built in flashlight

These are perfect, the flashlight has truly come in handy especially since it's dark by 5pm now. Bags are a good size and easy to dispense.

The added flashlight helps so much now that its getting dark earlier.
