Nutri-Vet Shed-Defense Max Chewables For Dogs, 60 Count

My dog is 15-20 lbs so I started off giving 2 tablets a day but have since cut down to 1 1/2... I would highly recommend this product... Our dog is a chihuahua/hound mix and his shedding got so bad. I seriously couldn't handle the shedding anymore, he would shake and hair would fly.. I even bought an attachment for my shop vac to try and get most of the loose hair after bathing but did not have time to do that on a daily basis ... Within in 2 weeks of using this I have seen a dramatic difference... His shedding has pretty much stopped all together.. I am truly shocked at the difference ... His coat is also so healthy and shiny looking.. He will eat the tablets with no problem as long as I cut them in half and now thinks they are treats as he is wiggling and waiting for them as soon as he sees me grab the bottle..This product is amazing and worth it!!!!

My dog liked these so much she found a way to eat the whole container...twice. So they must taste good. Unfortunately I can’t comment on if they work because she repeatedly eats them before we can find out

Our doberman has wicked allergies and was shedding like crazy. This has cut the shedding WAY down! I ran out and could immediately tell the difference. I have this on subscribe and save now.

The flavor and nutrient value is great and they work great to keep my dog's skin and fur healthy. The major problem is that per dose, one tablet is for 10lbs. For my 60 lb dog a bottle only lasts a week!

This product requires for you to give your dog one tablet per each ten pounds, there are 60 tablets in the bottle. My dog is 60 LBS which means I would have to have a bottle per every ten days. That’s expensive!

I don't believe the description told what the daily dosage was, but after I got them in the mail, the daily dosage was one chewable for every 10 lbs of dog. I have a seventy pound dog with lots of hair, and I would need to give him 7 of these a day. A 60 ct bottle wouldn't even last 10 days. I would go broke giving him these at $10.00 a bottle. Guess I will keep looking or keep brushing! He does like them but he's never picky about these kinds of things. If you are buying for a small dog they are kind of big, about the size of a nickel and a little bigger than 1/4 inch thick.

Not to hyped up about this product at all. First you have to give 1 chew per 10 pounds. When you have an 80 pound dog, not fun. Second, my dog won't eat these unless it is wrapped in something like cheese or lunch meat. Funny thing he likes just about everything but not these. I tried this for a week but seen no results. I then read the back of the bottle and it said you should see results in 4 to 6 weeks. I would need to purchase 4-6 bottles of this just to see if it works? Not spending the money to find out.

These tablets seem to be working very well. I have a pug, and she sheds and gets dandruff (both are a result of dry skin and coat). Giving her two of these a day has cleared her dandruff completely and makes her black coat glisten. It also has cut down noticeably on the shedding. Molly (my pug) loves these as well, and I don't have to do any convincing to get her to eat them.
