Select "A" grade Hudson Valley Foie Gras slices, individually shrink wrapped. It is so easy to sear foie gras… simply thaw slices to refrigerated or room temperature, season, score with a cross hatch pattern (if desired), and sear for 30 - 45 seconds per side in a hot heavy skillet.

I’ve ordered three of these Hudson Valley (the Best!) foie gras sliced packages — they’re The Best i’ve ever ordered and prepared myself...for friends, girlfriend..! I can stop seeking a better example of my favorite food: These are superb..! And I discovered my g’friend’s favorite food by accident! Maybe that’s why we’re together...!

Delivery of a frozen product frozen not thawed.
Foie gras is okay but delivery of product is a lot to be desired since paid high price for delivery. Product delivered already thawed. Should still be frozen. Product arrived in Virginia Beach in the morning but wasn’t delivered until late afternoon.

I like to pan sear on medium heat with some sliced shallots! It does not take long.
