Good bargain

After trying many different brands, I decided this one is the best multivitamin. No stomach issues with this, and no aftertaste. Also, it doesn’t have an excess of anything in it ( like some multis do), and it has basically everything I need. And, this brand always seems to be very fresh. I do not have any upset GI issues with this at all. It is very easy to digest, but I do always take it with food. It does contain some iron, but I believe they have an iron free version as well. I have more energy, and more hair and nail growth when I take these vitamins. I don’t take anything every day, though, I believe in being cautious with everything. I take one capsule about three times a week. I highly recommend this brand, and this multivitamin.

Last month I ordered this and the pills had spots in all of them some worse than others. I thought it was supposed to be like that but just got my next order in and they don’t have any! If you look at the image, I have the ones I had last month and the right you can see the ones I just got.

Soooo...I suffer from hypothyroidism. I was taking a natural Thyroid supplement until the company changed the formula. After the change....I could not stop sweating. Doctor put me on new Thyroid meds but still was sweating !!! My sweating stopped after taking this vitamin. I'm assuming I was deficient in something but have no idea how a Thyroid supplement's formula change could have caused this ? Anyway...I'm now having annoying heart palpitations. Too scared to stop the vitamins because I don't want to sweat anymore.

Loved these vitamins. Could definitely tell they worked once I ran out and didn’t take them for a couple of days. Will continue to purchase as they work for me!

I started out taking pre-natals, hoping they’d help with my nails and hair since I had my thyroid removed. I couldn’t tell any difference. I need extra D, B, and potassium since I hit my 40s, so I went looking and found this. It seems to do the trick. They are huge gelatin capsules. I swallow a whole bunch of stuff at once without trouble, so I can’t tell you if they’re hard to swallow. I think the price is great for what they are, plus they come from a Texas based company, which I’m inclined to support as I live in Texas. I’ve tried a couple other products from them and been satisfied.
