Exactly what I wanted
Hot loft. Cut thru ceiling above the A/C vent and mounted on the loft floor. Cool now.

Expensive but worth it!
This is one of the best things if you're trying to get air conditioning between two rooms with the unit in one room this does a very good job of moving air is fairly quiet on any of the lower settings all the way up to about Midway if you got it on full speed it is kind of noisy but nothing that would be more than a fast fan.I feel like the prices went up on this very high as it used to be around 50 to $70 now we purchased it about $120.

Works perfectly - easy to install
It came with several extra screws. The instructions were fairly clear. It was well packaged. Most importantly, it moves enough air to keep a 10x6 bathroom from getting steamed up during a long hot shower; the existing ceiling exhaust fan doesn't move enough air by itself, and upgrading it is not an option; this fan solved the problem cleanly.

Very quiet. Took some skill and effort to install.
Fan is working great to transfer heat from a room with a fireplace to the upstairs.Noise level is much quieter than expected and isn’t very noticeable. I’m using a dimming smart switch to control the speed versus using the knob it came withI’m very frustrated about getting the fan with missing parts. The bag of screws was missing and I had to make my own studs for mounting the covers and attaching the housing halves together.Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would buy a Broan fan again.

It’s Vented
The media could not be loaded. I didn’t want to pay this much for it but the other 1 I bought broke within 3 months so I replaced it and it GREAT!

Does it push cold air from one room to the next room.
And it did move the air condition room into a room without air. Brilliant!

Absolute garbage.
Pathetic, inexcusable failure of design. The heavy fan motor is suspended by little tab brackets attached to a thin sheet metal cowl by two tiny spot welds on either side. The jostling of shipping had no trouble busting off both tabs. I don’t have time to return it, so creative surgery was required. Plus, one of the little clips meant to accept threaded studs for the cover knobs was missing. Now I have to find a bolt with the right threads and glue it into the support arm with PC7. Or something. This is easily the most worthless item, causing the most egregious waste of my precious time, I have encountered in at least ten years.Do not buy this fan. It is so awful I may never buy ANY Broan product ever again.
