where can I buy a spare quick release plate?

I bought a 2-pack of Harwerrel Quick Release Plates (ASIN B07HG56JHT) and they didn't fit. Looking up the Arca-Swiss standard, the opening needs to accommodate 38mm, but my Pergear TH3 only opens up to about 36.5mm. The "standard" Harwerrel won't fit, since it's almost exactly 38mm wide.
