I received damaged products. The hair dye box was not sealed at all, which makes me unsure whether the product was used or tampered with. The item was listed as new, but the packaging looks like it has been opened multiple times. This is unacceptable for a hair color product due to hygiene and safety concerns. I do not feel safe using it and I’m very disappointed with the quality control.
