**Q: is this filter full size? I see some are not and there's a diff in water quality with full size. Since Amway doesn't make e85s anymore. Any down side?**
A: Hi Steven: This is the compatible replacement 3/4 size. The only difference is the filter size. Thank You, WaerFiltersOnline

**Q: What is the shelf life of the product? How long can i store before using this?**
A: This is a carbon based filter.  Although shelf life is not published, my background in chemistry tells me that there should be no limit to shelf life.

**Q: Do I have to order anything else for this filter or does everything I need come with it?**

**Q: Is the water supposed to run black when you first install the filter?**
A: No, carbon block filters like this do not normally run black.
