Very poor customer service
I had this product for only two weeks before it stopped playing. I contacted the seller and they told me to return the product but I explained to them that I couldn't because I don't reside in the United States. I then asked them to send me a diagram since the product still had it's warranty and they didn't reply. I then asked them to sell me a diaphragm but still received no reply so now I'm stuck with a useless new horn. What poor customer service. This is why I gave a rating of 2. The horn played well enough though.
