So far so good
I really want to give this stereo 5 stars but I just installed it and will give it awhile before I revisit this review with its performance. Am mainly reviewing now because of the installation. The wiring instructions are a complete joke. Not only does it only give a limited description of the wires, but you have to actually guess which ones are which. It would of cost them nothing to give another half a page to the wiring installation and have a competent diagram. Between that and the harness kit, I spent the better part of the day figuring out which wires where which for my vehicle. Granted I did solder and shrink wrap them all.As for the stereo itself, I really like it. I took a couple of weeks looking on Amazon and Walmart and a few other places before deciding on this stereo. Even though I coulda got a Pioneer or Alpine for around the same price. Am hoping the extra wattage is there and noticeable. Love that it had pre amp RCA's coming out the back. Would be freaking easy to add an amp. The usb and aux are easy to get at. The SD card slot (not micro) is located behind the face plate. Love that. Keeps the dust outta it. Design and color are nice as well. Sounds great even with my stock dodge speakers. New speaker install is next weekend. Will give an update as to how it sounds with speakers that can take the wattage this is suppose to put out.UPDATE: Had to send the first unit back. You could smell the electronics heating up and more or less burning. It seemed to operate fine but with the replacement I can tell a difference in sound volume. I liked the unit enough to have it replaced. Not to mention I soldered the wires. Second unit is great and working flawlessly. The speakers I matched it up with are Boss P694C 6x9" 800W Speakers (1 pair) Boss P554C 5.25" 300W Speakers (1 pair) that I also bought from Amazon. Paid like $62 for em. Of course the wattage rating on them are way over stated and there is no way I could tell you for sure if they could actually accept that much wattage with this deck but all in all for the $120 I spent on the stereo and speakers, I am happy. I can push the stereo volume up to 36-38 (max is 40) before I get any kind of distortion.Final UPDATE: This stereo really matches up well with the above mentioned speakers. Turned all the way up to 40 and the loud / bass on, these speakers are pefectly clear. So they are better rated then I expected. But its pretty obvious that this stereo is not pushing out the wattage it claims. But no one buys a stereo with an amp and thinks this is going to blow the windows out, so am good with that performance. To get a little more outta the stereo I bought a little cheap amp and through the RCA connection from the stereo hooked it up to a couple of 10 inch subs in tiny little sealed boxes for under the seat in the back of my truck. Loved that I could run the normal speakers off the stereo and then still be able to run the RCA's to an amp at the same time. Again, can turn the stereo all the way up to 40 and maintain crystal clear sound. Even through the amp and 10s. Sound in the cab is right at the perfect volume. You are not going to make the car next to you look over thats for sure but if you are looking for quality sound for yourself, then this is a great piece of that puzzle. I will note that one of the LEDs in the face of the stereo is out upon turning it on but once on, lights up completely. Kinda weird but whatever.

Works great for the price I paid
Works great for the price I paid. For potential customers, don't expect to get amazing quality for a radio that costs less than $50. 4stars for doing what a cheap radio should do. I mainly bought it just to have a bluetooth radio and It does just exactly that.

Meh
Bluetooth doesnt work, even if it did the built-in microphone is garbage. No way its putting out the 300 watts advertised. You get whatvyou pay for I guess
