Parmigiano ReggianoAged 3 Years - 3 Pounds

I was more than a little hesitant to pay $21.- a pound for cheese. This isn't just cheese. This is THE KING of cheeses. To me there is no cheese above this cheese and Frank and Sals Italian Market is the place to get it from. I ordered it June 1st 2021 and received it June 4th the freezer pack had fully melted but the cheese was still chilled. I requested 1 block and received just that and it wasn't a wedge. It was a 5+1/2" tall, 3" wide and 5" long that ended with a 2+1/2" wide end(where there would be a point if it were a wedge). What I got was a lot of CORE cheese and at least the 3 pounds I paid for. I couldn't be happier. The cheese is Very firm, it's flavor is INCREDIBLE! It far exceeded my expectations. I will be a returning customer. Also very good communication with Frank and Sals Market they answered my request within an hour. Excellent Seller, Amazing Parm, Win Win!!

Best in it's class. Nothing compares to this cheese. Fast shipping. I live in Fl. And it arrived fast and perfect, it was 100 degrees today. Taste is impeccable. Nothing compares to this. This was my third time buying "3 Year old" Parma. The first two times, I received cut chunks of cheese in vacuum packs (and I presumed it was 36 months old). This time, I received commercially packed wedges...ok I guess, but the label said it was only aged 18 months.Now those of you who love cheese know that there is one hell of a difference between 18 month cheese and 3 year cheese.And, I can buy 24 month old cheese locally, why would I buy 18 month old online.'Fraud.

I have bought this specific product multiple times now and usually get through a 3 pound block in 6-8 months. My wife and I both love fresh grated parm on our pastas and this is a great product that is great in flavor and price. Highly recommend

This was not cheese flavor I expected more nutty than fruity. It looks great but much softer when slicing. Just bought another batch from ITALLY and it was the good stuff. I will use this for cheese grating and my dogs love it. I will not buy again from this vendor. I should of read the reviews. My fault so I wrote this which I NEVER DO but to warn the next buyer. I guess it’s a hit and miss. It’s goid cheese just not the flavor I was looking for. I changed my 1st post to be fair to the seller.

aged 36 months hard to find. Costco had it but recently had only 24 months. Nice size. Cut into thirds and shrink wrap. Store in refrigerator. Don't freeze

The best Parm! The flavor is more intense and it is packaged well and arrives on time. Good value from this supplier too.

I had ordered a prior piece and it was delicious with the strong flavor that you expect of the "king of cheese".... However, this piece is almost tasteless. No idea what the issue is. Is it not aged? Poor quality control or something else. Disappointed for the price that I paid.
