As you can see on my video, the plastic threaded ring is loose, so it can't hold the thing at all. The pop up part is too tight, so it can not be pushed in or popped up. Power and USB ports are Ok, but the whole idea of mounting and using it is wasted here.

This is perfect for my long kitchen island. It adds outlets right where I need them. Great to bring out a blender, bullet or handheld mixer.I really love the stainless steal top, it matches the faucets and appliances.Everyone is impressed with this idea.

I say easy but only because my hubby is a genius and we were just putting in the countertops so the cuts were done exactly where we wanted them. This pop up outlet is not exactly the smoothest but it does a good job. If you are looking for a budget option, this was it for us!

Nice outlet with very poor design. Does not fit most USB-C charger. If you have regular power cord Nema 5-15, then this will work. I would not recommend to use it on desk.

We have an 11 foot long kitchen island. We wanted to have a place to plug-in countertop appliances and electronics devices, when needed. Our kitchen has stainless steel appliances so the trim of this outlet works perfectly. When buying this, keep in mind that it requires about eight or 10 inches below the surface to allow the outlet to retract. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.
