We call this the green goo! This is the absolute truth with any illness. It is safe for children and adults. If it is not thick and looks like goo, then you have the incorrect syrup. This is the real and only kind that I purchased while in the Caribbean. There is a knock off that is a blue color, though it may taste better, it DOES NOT WORK THE SAME. With this one, you feel the benefits instantly! If you have a slight tickle in your throat, it knocks it right out.
