Garbage the ppl plastic will melt if you use anything but koolance coolant

I was careful and it still looks like crap. The coating is very weak

These quick disconnects are really a time saver. There are reports that the black plating does not hold up well over over time and causes scaling issues on the quick disconnects. Will have to report back later after this has run in the loop for a while.

G A L V A N I C CORROSION!
Don't waste your time with these QDC fittings. Ordered one years ago and after a short time the fitting became inoperable due to galvanic corrosion... and rusting. Yes you heard it rusting. These fittings are (or at least were) have some kind of steel or stainless steel in them. Normally this might not be so much of a problem, but when it's right next to a copper/brass radiator/fittings/block it WILL start to gunk up and mess with your other components. DO NOT BUY!
