The good thing about it is you can get a work out with it and if you don't have a lot of room, like me, it's small so easy to store and it has directions. **Q: Can you sit in a chair and stretch your Achilles/ calves with this? I cannot get down on the floor to do it** A: Yes. You could sit on a chair and use and ottoman to lift your foot/leg and do all the exercises you could in the floor. **Q: How wide is the band? Not length, but width. I need one for physical therapy for broken leg, but need it about 2 inches wide.** A: It's only about an inch wide. It's the same one they have at my physical therapy place. I used it to help get back range of motion for my knee and now I use it to stretch.
