Wilfred. bahahahaaaaa
this show is so funny. I LOVE the original, two different shows, for different types of humor. both brilliant!

Ok, but weaker than seasons 1-2.
Wilfred Season 3 is a bit disappointing. After the brilliant 1, 2 seasons, you feel you've hit another show. Like Elijah said in one of the interviews, the brilliance of this show is the balance between the humor and the poignancy of the show's dramatic features. The new writer (for this is of course why this season is weaker) has tried to keep the humor, but failed. He threw in a lot of grossness and thought it would do the trick. Well, it didn't. But the story is still good, and the cast the same, so it's still a pleasant thing to watch. I'm waiting for Season 4 to be available on dvd, because the old writer is back at his job. Pity they switched the writer for this season, because of course the ratings fell, and I can see why. Don't change the magical formula that works! Anyway, the 4-th season will be the last because of the failure of the third, which is a bummer because the characters grew on me, especially one played by Elijah Wood, of course, as I've been a huge fan for a long time now.

Not as crazy as many episodes, but fun.
I haven't seen any full episodes of the Australian version, but I've seen clips. What I like about the American version is that they decided to take the concept in a whole new direction - Wilfred as a mystery (dog or delusion), and Ryan as either a guy going through a rough patch with a really unusual friend, or a guy slipping down into insanity, constantly sabotaging himself and blaming it on his neighbor's dog (Son of Sam, anyone?) Some of the humor is immature, to be sure, but I find a lot of the jokes are funnier if you're a dog owner. Overall, very clever.

decent episode
I like this episode a lot, but I feel like they are dragging out the series. I just want to find out what's the source of Ryan's hallucinations.Opinion: I assume Ryan's in a mental hospital thinking of all these things and putting together images he's seen in the past with his present mental state, but i want to find out what's actually wrong with him at this point - and if I'm right... this show is great, but i feel like it should have ended with a few more episodes in this series.

Nice Beginning Episode!
I loved this recap on the last 2 seasons actually. It's a brilliant place to start, and gently eases the viewer back into a place where we can enjoy the magical aspect of a "human" dog rather than heading too swiftly down the rabbit hole of mental illness. The humor is top notch and brings to mind almost instantly why I became a fan of this series in the first place. Excellent writing and superb casting and acting! Finally something new! again, well.. almost.. Bubbles!!!!!!!!!! =)

Please be going somewhere!
I've got the season pass. So far, every episode has been hilarious, but I also get the strange feeling that the writers might have found somewhere for the story arc to go. As a former Smallville fanboy, I am cautious about getting my hopes up for something meaningful happening. At least, filler or not, every episode has made me LOL. My only com is that I'm caught up, do we have to watch one episode at a time. :-)

Great show for all of us dog lovers
I have loved this show from season one. Not so much the original English version (which I bought), but from series one with E. Wood. I think this show is hilarious but also sentimental and has family values. This is by far a very cheeky, weird type of show that is geared toward people who like this sort of funny, bizarre, animal loving sense of humor. Enjoy! I am sure you will get a lot of good laughs :)

Getting darker, but still interesting and witty
Wilfred is getting darker with each new episode and I am still enjoying the show. However, where is heading? Wilfred is driving Ryan crazy, Ryan is already crazy or Ryan s already dead and Wilfred is helping him accept his fate so he can move on... what else could it be? Well, the creators could just be screwing with us and trying to drive the audience crazy. Hmm...
