This is a delicious, flavorful and aromatic black tea. The bergamot comes through nicely. I love that it's organic and contains no plastic since it is loose leaf. The packaging is attractive and high quality. It's also giftable.

Editing review July 2022, from 3 to 5 stars: The tea now comes in a metal tin and keeps the flavor better. I'm hopeful this was just a temporary supply chain disruption. Original comment: This tea used to come in a metal tin. Thought that was a bit much but willing to pay extra because the flavor was so good. In early 2022, they changed to a cardboard tube with a plastic top and bottom. When I opened it there was no wonderful scent that I'm used to smelling. The taste is missing the bergamot. I won't be ordering it again.

This loose leaf tea does not disappoint when it comes to the tea drinking experience. From the delicious fragrance to the full-bodied taste, this product is great. Just follow the directions for quantity and don’t use boiling water for best flavor.

Smooth flavor. If you want a strong bergamot flavor, you will want to find another one.

So I reordered the organic Earl Grey; my last order was excellent, came in a vacuum sealed metal tin, nice bergamot flavor, gorgeous caramel color after steeping. By comparison I would have to call my recent order disappointing. The tea came in a cardboard container, despite the product caption saying "tin". It has a plastic lid which I doubt will hold up under use. The tea itself seems less flavorful than before. I steeped it my standard 3 minutes and got a cup of nice, lightly scented tea that did not seem as strong as the previous version. Not a bad product by any means, but next time I want organic Earl Grey I will look elsewhere.
