This stuff really works! Regular preworkout tends to get my heart rate up a bit too high and also gets my blood pressure through the roof. But with this stuff, I don’t have to deal with any of that and still get the energy I need for a workout. Also the pump from this stuff is something else even with no stims or caffeine! Raspberry peach is definitely the way to go, 10/10 would recommend to everybody!

Great pre-workout! The taste is great and no caffeine or other stimulates is awesome for night time workouts! I am not a very "vascular" guy but when I take this I can see my veins much more. Obviously that is just a visual perk but that also means its doing its job of creating a "Pump". Love this pre-workout and I use it on my lift days. I have ordered multiple times!

Doesn’t taste bad

I was in the market for a stim-free pre workout and came across pump surge on Amazon. Hands down the best product I’ve purchased along my fitness journey! I get zero jitters and all the pump. The flavor is amazing too which is just an added bonus. This will definitely be my go to from here on out.

This drink taste great and I definitely noticed that I have extra energy to keep working out. But it’s not a burst of energy or a stimulant energy, I don’t drink caffeine, so this is perfect for me.

I don’t know if this product works or not. It was to sweet for me. Even a less than a teaspoon tasted like a spoon full of sugar sugar.

I really enjoyed it overall. It was a little sweet for my taste but not horribly so. I could usually feel it start to "activate" around the 45 minute mark and out kept me going for my entire session without any trouble. The only real issue I ran into was that I tried ordering it again (twice) and it never arrived either time.
