IT'S BLUE, NOT GRAY!!!
It's a good product, smooth in applying and arrived without any problems ... but it is blue. For me, it wasn't a problem because I believed the other reviewers and felt the bluish tint would work on the platform of a backyard shed. As you can see from the photo, it's not bluish, it's sky blue. Not sure why they call it gray. The door and window area is light blue and the shed itself is gray. And, comparing those colors, I doubt anyone would consider it gray in any lighting.Good product, just not gray.

Great for non skid …
Worked great for decking for a non-skid ramp. Easy to put on was a qt when I thought was a gallon so a $48 price tag is a bit rich for my blood so only got one coat for a four x six piece of plywood. We shall see how it lasts through out the HOT high desert sun and cold harsh winters.

Deck paint
Paint has good texture. One coat covered well and it cleans easy.

Tougher than you would think, Just don't order thru mail.
This is a tough finish and not the least bit slick, has a great tread and color. My only biggest complaint was the packaging of the product is horrible, my gallon can looked like it had been thru a landfill, it was leaking paint and left at the front door with a 1/4 gallon left in it. Shipping company's do not care how it gets there, so you have to package products for war. Got full refund which was great and re orded from lowes pickup.

Made my old boat look new!
Product came packed very securely in a heavy-walled cardboard box. Even so, the delivery people still managed to drop it and dent the bottom of the gallon can. No fault of the seller, but clearly the heavy handed delivery company. Thanks for the gloves, stir sticks and pouring/mixing cups! The paint itself was very EZ to work with and I got a great finish. I did one coat and noticed some lite coverage in a few areas, so I feel strongly that 2 coats are needed. It was pretty sunny out so the mis-coverage was my fault. Even so, the finish was very very nice. I used a 1/8" nap roller and did not need to tip it with a brush. I used blue painters tape to mask my areas and then pulled it up without issue in about 30 minutes time. I HIGHLY recommend using the gloves because this stuff is not easy to remove from your hands without full strength mineral spirits. I waited a few days to let the paint cure (not sure that was needed but I did my best to stay off the new finish and not wash or scrub it for a few days). When I washed my boat the following week, I totally noticed a renewed sense of safety thanks to the new nonskid paint! And having my nonskid as a new color, people can totally see where to step and NOT to step when running around the boat. The finish is easy on my feet too. All in all it was a great project that made my old girl look new and sexy again! My tip for others with an old, chalky, no-longer-shiny fiberglass boat is to wetsand the glossy (slippery) areas to bring back the shine (really works!) and then mask off the non-skid areas and paint that area with this TotalTread product. Again, this project made my old boat a new boat!I purchased the sand beige (check out the pix). I ordered a gallon: one coat on a Catalina 30 sailboat used up about a quart. So then two coats would require half gallon. Everyone's mileage will vary but that's my math, FYI.

It never dries
If I could leave zero stars I would!!! Applied it 2 months ago and it’s still wet… called total boat one one of the reps told me he once had it take up to 6 months to fully cure. Now I have to spend thousands to strip this off of a brand new boat without damaging the gel coat underneath. Duarlux paint it the only correct option!!!

Took 20 days to dry
Used the paint on my brand new reinforced shed floor. Used the primer first and it dried fast but the paint took forever, after the first week I thought it was never gonna dry. I had a fan blowing on it and even bought a space heater because I thought maybe it was too cold. It did dry after 20 days but I couldn’t put my brand new RZR away and it sat out in the elements. I’m thinking maybe I applied the paint too thick. The directions say to use a foam roller but I used a regular roller with a thin nap instead. I don’t know if a foam roller applies the paint thinly but in hind sight I would definitely use one. The directions should stress to apply thin coats.
