This is a great iron. It is actually the second one that I have bought - as the first one died after 12 years.I love the fact that it has a retractable cord, it is easy to clean, it provides the option to either mist or steam your clothes while ironing. My previous one was blue - this one is green.... which is fine. It is easy to use, the settings are clearly understandable, so that you know which setting is appropriate for your fabrics. I would give this as a gift.

This iron did a good job of tackling wrinkles on a variety of fabrics. If that was the only criteria, I'd give 5 stars.However, 2 things were not to my liking. First, this iron is long..almost 13 inches. Second, the cord caught the fabric and had to be adjusted. This is due to the position of the retractable cord. If the opening for the cord was placed on top of the iron, the cord wouldn't keep catching the fabric.If you want the retractable feature, you'll have to accept the tangling. If you want to iron clothes without stopping to move the cord and straighten the fabric, then choose another model.

Easy to use and easy to store.

The retractable wire does not retract properly, and because of that, you drag it while trying to iron.I had used the iron twice when that happened. I got in touch with Amazon thinking I would return it, but Amazon had used a dealer for this iron. They asked me to cut the wire so that the number on the prong would show when a take a pic of it and they asked me to pay for the return. I refused to pay for a product that was deficient. They agreed then to let me not pay for the return. (Then I discovered that Amazon had written that the return is free with this iron!) I had to take pics of the didn't know how to do, took me a looooooooong time to learn) and then send the pics to them. They told me I have to wait 7 to 14 days for the new iron to arrive at my door. I am not sure the same problem will happen again with the same brand of iron. With Amazon in charge, I would have returned the iron and gotten a different model or brand.

I love the retractable cord on this Iron. This is only my second iron my last one I had for 30 years. The fact that it turns itself off is a plus, I worry about my dog sometimes knocking over the board and starting a fire. Safety features are a plus.

The media could not be loaded. I've had this iron for a few weeks now, and overall it's been decent. I like the lightweight design and good value for money. The retractable cord is nice, but it does get stuck sometimes and can be a bit annoying to deal with.My main issue with this iron is the temperature control. It's not very intuitive to set the right temperature for the type of fabric you're ironing, and the dial on top of the handle makes it hard to see what setting you've chosen. This has resulted in me burning some clothes or not getting them hot enough.Additionally, I've had issues with water leakage from the iron. It's not a huge problem, but it does spill some water onto the floor when you're filling it up.I'm not sure if these are isolated issues or if other people have experienced the same problems. Overall, this is an okay iron, but it could be improved in terms of temperature control and cord retractability.
