Pure Luxury!
It is wonderful to have a warm towel after a shower. I do not think anyone likes getting out of the shower and being assaulted by a blast of cold air. A warm towel makes a big difference. I thought the instructions were easy to understand. It was a simple matter to get the towel warmer set up. You then get to enjoy warm towels plus more. You can also have warm jammies and socks (underwear). My mother is always cold and I wanted her to be able to put on warm pajamas. It is also helpful to have a warm towel ready after you bathe a child or, in my case, a fur baby. We just love this towel warmer. The item is a little pricey, but if you consider how often that you use it, it makes it a worthwhile investment. I like the color options available. This is a wonderful item and I do not know why I did not get one sooner.

Very easy to use.
Works well with dry towels & blankets. The heat doesn't last long so if you are using this for extended warmth, get something else. Its just a plastic bucket with a metal heating plate inside. Very easy to use.

Brand new, yet it won't heat, right out of the box. 100% worthless, DO NOT BUY.
I rated this product one star only because zero isn't an option. LED display doesn't match the instructions on lid sticker (e.g., one says "F1", "F2", etc. while the other sat "1F", "2F"). In trying to use the delay function, all that came up on the LES display is "Err", presumably indicating some kind of error. The enclosed instruction manual, such as it is, is poorly translated into Chinglish, doesn't suggest why the error, and is just plain wrong when it says a red LED light will come on when you press the "On" button, because NO light comes on except for the bluish-white alphanumeric LED display. Oh, and one more thing; this towel-warmer DOES NOT HEAT a single degree! My son, who's getting by on a 3rd-year teacher's salary, got us this as a Christmas gift, and basically, the manufacturer stole full purchase-price from his pocket. If you buy this "Keenray" product, might as well buy a lottery ticket and maybe get something for your money. I'll give them this, it is well-sized to serve as an under-desk trash can. I'll put my name to this review, because I stand behind it. I doubt you can say the same for Keenray & their faulty product. --Matthew Edwards, Clifton, Virginia.

Second unit works much better
I have always wanted a towel warmer but just never was able to justify the cost of it. When I saw this one it seems like something that would be a perfect fit for me. So I was excited to give it a shot.Unfortunately I am not a fan of this at all. In fact I’m not really sure if I got a dud, or if this is really how it’s supposed to work, but it basically doesn’t do much of anything. I’ve left towels in there for an hour, two hours, 30 minutes, basically all of the above came out like the lowest setting on your dryer then you let them sit out for 30 minutes.I wasn’t expecting the towels to get hot, but I did expect them to at least warm up to a point that it was worth it. This does not do that. And to top it off the overall appearance of this is ridiculously cheap looking. It’s all plastic, and not nice plastic, with the seams super visible. Basically I would be unhappy with this if I got it for 30 bucks, but the actual price? Maybe mine had something wrong with it since there’s other reviews on here that stated they had good results. But unfortunately I was not one of them. I always feel bad when I write a bad review, but I want to be as honest as possible and unfortunately this just doesn’t work. I would think it was broken and didn’t work at all if not for the fact that it does get ever so slightly Luke warm after an hour in there.******edit*******The seller reached out to me and asked how they could make it right, which was very much appreciated. 5 stars for the seller! I was sent a different unit, though it was back ordered so it took a while. This unit works much better than the original one. The first one must have had an issue with not heating up to get very warm. This new unit still takes about 15-20 min to heat up a couple towels, but it’s much warmer than the original one. the new one I was sent also ended up being white which is much better than the green one in the looks department!Overall I’m giving it 4 stars. As long as you get a unit that works it does do what it claims. Can you get the same effect from putting your towels in a dryer? Yep, but where’s the fun in that!!!

When the weather gets cold
I always dread pulling the shower curtain aside and being assaulted by the cold air. Okay, it doesn't last all that long, but it's sort of like being slapped in the face with ice water - just icky! Grabbing a nice, toasty-warm towel from this warming bucket does a lot to change my feelings about stepping out of the shower during cold weather. This last time, when I put my big towel inside this warming tub, I put my fleece-lined slipper socks and nighty at the bottom of the tub and after drying off with a warm towel, I slipped on toasty pair of slipper socks and my flannel nighty - felt like a warm hug! Yes, this is a bit expensive, but I like feeling pampered once in a while and for this price, and the fact that it's a regular (after every shower) pampering, the cost is worth it for how often it is being used.

Got it on a lark. now you can't pry it from my warm dead fingers :-)
Seems like a silly luxury thing to me. VERY expensive. almost absurdly so at least to me. the entire shell is also plastic. not bad but it is plastic. Then I used it. I tossed in my towel (large very heavy thick hilton hotel sourced town (legally)) so its nice and thick.I pressed the button and got in the shower. when I got out I grabbed the towel and something magical happened. it was bliss. it felt SOOO freaking good its hard to describe how good it felt and because of the THICK towel the heat lasted a good while too.I could not believe how good it felt. I still think its absurdly expensive but you bet your butt if I have a chance to nab another one I am getting it so my sister can experience this. its truly amazing how GOOD it feels to dry off with a HOT dry towel after a shower! amazing.
