I purchased this product to remove some pilling on our sofa. I tested the shaver in a corner of the couch and it damaged the fabric!The handle arrived damaged and it is clearly poor quality. Don't waste your time!

I have a dog and was excited to try this out. Only worked on one door mat, no other carpets or rugs. Also tried to the get some pollies off some of my clothing. Did not work and actually snagged some fabrics. Sticking with paper lint rollers I guess.

This works great for getting fur off of certain types of materials, especially smooth materials like microfiber. I tried using it on one of my coat collars that was a ribbed cotton blend and it ruined it, just pulled at the fabric and created little pills of fabric and snags. This is not for use on any clothes you care about with fuzzy material, it will ruin them. It works great on my sofa for getting all of the fur confined to one spot, much like a broom does with dirt, but the problem is that it doesn't actually pick up the fur, just sweeps it. You still have to use a lint roller or vacuum to actually remove the fur, which is kind of a bummer since I was under the impression that this thing would pick up the fur too. Overall, worth it for the price.

I like the way it gathered the pet hair but it snagged my brand new chairs cushions.

Awesome product!! I have 2 carpet runners in my kitchen that I have vacuumed over and over trying to remove my cats fur. No Mater what I did her fur remained on the runners. The runners are non washable, so vacuuming was my only cleaning source. I saw a demonstration of these lint removers and was impressed enough to order them. I was concerned if the cleaning strip would fray my carpets, but I’m happy to say that my carpet runners were not damaged in any way and the picture attached to this review is all the fur I was able to remove from them using the tool! I LOVE this product and recommend it highly!!

The handles on these were cracked and dried out, with some sort of sap inside. The metal pieces were heavily tarnished. Still, I tried them on my sofa which has two dogs laying on it at any given moment. It removed about as much fur as sweeping my hand along the cushion. I returned these.

These are awful. I bought them after I saw the commercials and how great they did. I have a sweater and a sweatshirt that have lint balls on them. So I figured I'd give these a try. Well they snagged my beautiful sweater no matter what direction I used them. And the same with the sweatshirt just not as bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE TO ANYONE!!! WASTE OF MONEY. I don't even want to give it 1 star.
