Design and quality are good but made in China
To be honest, I saw all the information from Amazon, introducing wordings are Japneses. So I expect it made by Japan. Does Amazon consider to indicate all the information is made by where. It is quite helpful and reduce return produce.

Rusting inside
Very disappointed with this product. It looks very nice but it got rusting mark inside after first time used. I will return it.

Very disappointed, not keeping warm at all
This is a defective item, I recently just took out to use which already expired the return period. It is not keeping warm at all, completely useless.Just a waste of money!

Keeps coffee hot.
I've tried other carafes with so-so results. My bro-in-law has this one and recommended it so..... Well, he was right. If I pour near-boiling water in, let it sit 30 seconds, then fill with hot coffee, it stays hot until the next morning! It's easy to use and easy to clean. Not cheap but worth the price for the quality.
