I sought out an escape-proof harness after my Houdini backed out of her old one at a state park… I executed a short-stop-worthy full layout to grab her hind leg before she ruined our day. I’m 59 years old and don’t have another one of those moves in me. This harness seems like it’s going to do the trick. I can’t see how she’ll be able to back out of it, with the way the straps are placed. Fits snug. I’m a little concerned that the material holding the metal loop for the leash isn’t super strong/thick and won’t last very long. I’m also anticipating it will be too hot for my Husky/Shiba mix in the summer since it covers a lot of her body. But, so far so good.

I was literally one of those people that has tried every harness for my horse dog, so that he couldn’t get out of it. This is the only one that he’s truly unable to escape. It’s absolutely amazing six stars of possible!

Love love love! I have an Australian Kelpie who likes to back out of harnesses. I tried several form Amazon and none got like expected. This was my third harness to purchase and it’s worked beautifully. She can no longer back out of her harness and I feel comfortable walking her on the sidewalk because she can no longer Houdini her way out of her harness.

We put our Pit on the chain to let her go to the bathroom when we are not outside, otherwise she walks around with us in the yard. Usually she is only out there for 10 minutes or so. But within that ten minutes she would pull a Houdini act and escapes. So we had to find another harness that would hold her in. The first day I forgot her outside, she was hiding under the house so I didn't see her, and went to work. When I got home I seen the chain laying in the yard and knew she had gotten off the chain. She was laying on the porch and the harness was still on her. When investigating I noticed the front was ripped and the metal ring was missing. She had pulled so hard she ripped it right off. So we have been using the back ring and she hasn't been able to escape since. No chasing and yelling of her first thing in the morning being late for work. It is comfortable to her so we can leaving it on her all day if we want. We do take it off when we are with her outside and it is hot though. Definitely love this.

I've used it for a while and I'm really happy with it. Well made and looks like it's comfortable; others with two straps I've had seemed overwhelming on her in summer. I don't use it for hiking, but it's still great to lift her in case of sudden loose dogs or an obstacle on the path.Super reflective all over, too.

I originally submitted a review saying it seemed good though a little smaller than expected. Today 2nd day of use it broke. The D ring that you attach leash to came off. The stitching that held it in place came undone. My dog took off. Luckily we got him back without injury.

My dog HATES this harness. it's hard to put on and it's made with flaws. The extra support strap so her belly isn't rubbed doesn't fit correctly with where the size adjustment parts are. Not sure how to explain it. I would not buy this again. I will say it's sturdy and strong material, but doesn't fit snugly bc of how it's constructed.

Very sturdy, and does exactly what the product was purchased for; to help my dog up the stairs. It snaps on and off easily and in a matter of seconds you'll have a dog suitcase. My guy is big and this allows me to help him up the stairs while distributing stress points over a greater area. He tolerates the product very well.

2 months in and my escape artist beagle has yet to figure it out how to get out this. Not even once. A great product that works as advertised. Highly recommend.

This harness is brilliant. She has been able escape from every harness we've had....until this one. She tried and failed it didn’t come off even a little bit. Amazing thank you 😊 🙏
