I bought the only available case for my new MBP (13-inch, 2020, M1) from Apple for an obscene price, given that it’s only 2 extremely thin snap-on shells (foam plate is thicker!). Went looking around and saw many others similar now with fancy colors, but they are all still thin snap-ons!! Beyond the thin protection, they ALL seem to only snap on with four little tabs by the keyboard - it’s not enough; they should snap the whole way. This is important especially if you pick your laptop up like a plate - your thumb on the edge of the keyboard base peels off the shell/unsnaps it, and it about falls out of your hands every time. WRAP THE WHOLE EDGE!! Gave up, since the masses are buying the tabbed covers without experience so the mfg’s are pushing them. Got this case which is comfortable, thicker, and plenty of side room for all the possible plugin options. My only concern is this case uses corner wraps, which work great, but they use some pretty thin vinyl which may not last as long under heavy use - we’ll see. Wish they were a bit thicker material, and a little wider so I could use a shell too; might see on my own corners. At least its not a tired repeat of the cookie cutter mistake as the thin snap-on shells are! Hit the ‘helpful’ button if so to warn the next buyer.

Love it.Perfect fit. I had been looking for something like this. I was going for rubberised plastic case first which i have ordered already but i was not satisfied with that case as it was rigid plastic that could damage the exterior and edges. But this one protects well. As far as i can predict it won’t damage any exterior and also will provide all necessary protection.

Versatile cover to protect and easily transport MacBook Pro. Little tricky to get all 4 corners in but once you do, it stays put. Like that they listed model #s it is compatible with.
