This is the best brand out regarding style, sizing (true to size), quality and effectiveness! The sweat is craazzy and there is no odor. This is definitely worth every penny spent. Will be buying in all colors.

Works fantastically to increase sweating and intensify workout. However… I wish I had ordered 2 sizes up from what I normally wear as this thing is super tight and was a struggle to put on, once on fits like a body condom. I normally wear large/Xl shirts so ordered an xl. Also after only 2 uses the threads at the seams are already starting to come undone in multiple places… it works but don’t see this thing lasting very long

This shirt is nice, I have only been using it for 3 days.Initially, it was super tight but I noticed on the 3rd day it was easier to take on and off. It helps so much to maintain heat and make you sweaty, if you’re like me and struggle with the midsection or just want to have core temp. Up for workouts this is honestly a real good bang for your buck!I clean with soap and water after every use and air dry it.I got the 4XL, I am 6ft 325lbs.If you are a bigger person please just get two sizes up they do run small.Idk about durability but either way for the price I’d buy again. If you follow the size guide trust me it won't work especially if you're not that guy in the advertisement, young, cut and not a bit of fat on you. But if you're a fat guy it's like putting a coat on that you wore in grade school, just won't fit. Gives a true meaning of "fat guy in a little coat". Yes it says fits tight so get one size larger but if your a fat guy you need 3 sizes bigger just to get it on. I figured that if it works then eventually, I would be able to use the ones i previously bought, so I ordered another one twice the size recommended in the guide. Received it today and nope unbelievably won't fit. At least I could get in on, but you can't breathe in it. It's my fault for getting fat but at least make the product for fat guys that walk 4 miles a day.

Perfect shirt to sweat everything you have more in your body. A size fit for me (large). This sauna shirt worth any penny they ask.

Yes, it makes you sweat, but not like the videos unless maybe youre doing HIIT training. Yes you should upside. I was bashful about buying up because im a 2xl in everything comfortably and 3xl is the largest size. Im 6'3 and 270lbs, and 2x generally is my perfect fit, and this thing felt like I was wearing a giant rubber band. It was tight enough that there was a bit of resistance trying to get large gulps of air between sets.Pulling it on was thankfully harder than pulling it off, the material is nice, but again, size up twice if you plan to use this. Id say if this had a 4x, I would probably use one regularly, but they just do not make them big enough to be worn comfortably if you're a heavyweight bracket kinda guy.If you're also planning to buy one for your girl, size up 3-4x normal if they've got a lot of chest to pack in. My gf generally wears an xl so I got 3x for her, and she couldn't even get it passed her shoulders.
