Completely replaces ice
great product.... used this for a 3 day camping trip with a good 50 qt roto-molded cooler.... used this and 4-5 frozen water bottles of ice (standard 16 oz bottles) to cool 2 meals of food a 30 pack of beer, other random beverages/food.Cooler was opened/closed frequently to get beverages (there were 30 beers in there) as well as kids grabbing juice boxes/beverages. Full disclosure - outside temps only hit high 70's - low 80's and we were in a pretty shaded spot - but I don't think there would have been any issues if this had to battle the sun in a good quality cooler.Lets just say I was shocked.... i was car camping so if this test failed - i was able to get to ice if needed. Never needed to.... actually... there was no water from ice/food in the cooler when I got home and i was lazy - so i just left the cooler in the car/garage for an additional day - Drinks left over in the cooler were still very cold!I was looking for an ice replacement and this is it.. Kube itself is a little large - but ill trade the space for its performance any day. I have tried other products as well - for the price point- this can not be beat!

Keeps Ice frozen longer!! WOW!!
I have used the powdered Kooler-gel product for several years. It has never failed to extend ice, and these kooler-kubes get so cold they absolutely freeze water (ice melted) to the cube and to remove it for storage and refreezing I have had to rinse with lukewarm warm water so that I could refreeze the kooler-gel. There's absolutely NO WAY you cannot save a lot of money with any reuseable product that will keep your ICE from melting. This product works, and be it winter or summer I am all about saving money. 2 thumbs up for Kooler-Gel and Kooler-Kube

Keeps ice longer
I have 4 of these in my Rtic cooler and combined with 30 lbs of ice and water my cooler is Stays icecold for a week in 90 degree Florida temps. Does not seem to be more that a tablespoon of product in the container before you fill it with water., but seems to stay colder longer . I would price them around $9.95 as I think that’s all they should cost for what they are.

Excellent Performance!
I live in California where it can get mighty hot. My boat has a built-in cooler - but it's no $300 Yeti. Frozen milk jugs of water won't hold up to the heat and constantly lifting the lid to retrieve bait, drinks, lunch and putting in fish. All of the other 'Blue Ice' type containers are only 1 1/2" thick - The Kooler Kubes are 3.5" x 3.5" x 12.25" - mass equals performance - these will stay cold for the duration. I'm looking at buying their powder product to make 1gal size for several day camping situations!

These things are amazing, everyone should have one in there cooler
These things are amazing, everyone should have one in there cooler. I live in AZ and these are a must if you don't want to keep draining water and adding ice. Plan to buy everyone in my family a couple of these for Xmas. presents.

Yes, No, Maybe, tough to say.
Filled the Kubes (I purchased 2) using a measuring cup with as much water (64oz) as described on the product. Understanding how water expands when freezing, thought product allowed for that expansion without compromising the integrity of the product. Upon retrieving the product from the freezer, one rolled out to the hard floor because they were bulged/over expanded. This caused a corner to perforate and render the one of the two products useless. The intact one was used for the weekend. It "seemed" to work as intended and extend the ice. Do yourself a favor and just buy a good quality cooler in the first place. This product may work better in a quality cooler rather than the $20 Coleman from a big box store. But I could not replicate the ice sticking to the Kube as demonstrated in their product videos.

Good....but.
Great product, works when used as directed. My only gripe is that the add shows two tubes...know where does the description say one tube. So buyer beware. My advise to you is buy the powder and fill your own containers. Save 15 bucks.

The Kooler Kube works very well for those week long ...
The Kooler Kube works very well for those week long trips! Freeze this thing a few days before heading out. Buy 2 bags of ice and keep this Kooler Kube in between the 2 bags of ice and the ice will last a long time!
