Fits and work like factory. I have put 20,00 miles on with it and I haven’t had any issues.

As you can see in the picture my old one looked pretty rough already. I replaced the head gaskets and air intake gaskets as well. Make sure you look up the specifications for the correct torque and tightening pattern. Remember, some sites will give you the torque in inch lbs not foot pounds. I have heard many stories of people snapping these bolts from improperly tightening.

Part arrived slightly damaged, but in working condition. Packaging could have been better, and handling could have been less rough.

Just what i needed!!

Bought this for my 2007 Avalanche 5.3 4x4 chasing a misfire, I replaced all spark plugs and wires and coils and no fix.Finally check engine came on, I checked for codes and it gave me P3401 and P3425 cylinder deactivation malfunction.I replaced the “VLOM” valley cover with this one, and it was a night and day difference. No more misfires and runs and idles so smooth. I would recommend replacing if you get these codes, these faulty solenoids will cause the computer to send low fuel and spark to those cylinders, causing a misfire.Would recommend and it’s easy to install.
