NOT THE CLOCK!
It's not vintage...It's not stunning...It's Not the clock in the picture...not even close! Had to argue forever to accept the return and a refund. Very misleading description! I read the reviews but many people thought it was ok but it's not ok if they're selling you a toothless cat in a bag! BAD BUSINESS!See other people's pictures as I deleted mine.

Cheap Piece of Tat
I’m absolutely furious, what I have received is nothing like the clock in the sellers picture instead I have received what can only be described as a cheap piece of tat. Not happy at all

Doesn't tell the time & badly made.
Hands were loose, became entangled & eventually the hour hand became detached from the spindle, so it didn't perform its intended function - telling the time ! The hanging hook was attached of centre, so it didn't hang perpendicular on the wall. The lozenge shaped decoration below VI was crooked. Accepted a full refund after initially being offerred £12 ! This isn't a quality product.

Poor Quality
Really disappointed with this product. It looks beautiful as a statement piece but after one week the small hand dropped like a ragdoll to the bottom of the clock so it is always 6.30!!!!!! The clock mechanism is obviously poor. I couldn't return it because the day after it was fitted we put the large box in the recycling bin so I assumed I wouldn't be able to return it! We could tell the time for approximatley one week. As I say really disappointed!

Doesn’t deserve any stars
Extremely disappointed. The picture shown shows a quality clock. The cheap crap that arrived today doesn’t look anything like what is shown in the photo. Didn’t arrive on Saturday as promised having stayed in all day. 4 days late and now having to send it back. Do yourselves all a favour and buy a different clock to avoid disappointment.

Not as described or shown in the picture.
When the clock arrived, i opened the box to find it was not the colour i had ordered, it just looked and felt cheap and tacky. So i returned it. It took far longer to get a refund than expected too. Not an experience i wish to repeat. Also i was told that i would get a refund for the return postage, but i didn't.

Nothing like the photo
Was nothing like the photo, silver flimsy hands instead of black, numbers not spaced out properly and cheap thin metal. Have returned item.

clock stopped working
i found the size and price of this clock good. i bought it for outside to have on wall so when in garden could see the time. first year it was perfect. it gets taken down and stored in shed in winter. as we not good in windy conditions. on getting it out this year the hands would not work. flimsy hands in fact. so disappointed. better for indoor use.
