Don't waste your money.
Don't waste your money on this product. The flavor is not the greatest and you cannot even get any of the meat really, because there are way too many little bones. It is not worth the time and effort to try to pull the bones out because there's literally more bones than there is meat. It probably would have been a lot better and a lot more worth the money if the company actually deboned it before they put the meat in the can, but I guess that's asking too much.I couldn't even eat it, which sucks, because I enjoy rattlesnake meat.1 star, but only because I can't give it 0 stars.

Bones.....So Many Bones
I did not knowing what to expect....but be aware, you are picking through the bones to find meat. Snakes have lots of bones and these are very small. Everyone seemed to enjoy the flavor when they weren't picking bones out.

All bones, very little meat!
This crap gets 0 stars! Do not buy this so called “Smoked Rattlesnake”. You get a can of bones , and I mean a can of bones. Very little meat worth the while of picking at the price they charge. It’s a joke of a company and you get scammed! Lesson learned by me. 🤬🤬🤬

Overcooked, mushy, indistinct
I put this on some crackers and it was edible, but not nearly as good as sardines or smoked oysters. Having said that, rattlesnake meat is among the best I've ever eaten....and I've eaten it all. However, in the processing of this product, that wonderful rattlesnake flavor and texture (somewhere between a lobster and turtle) has been lost. Instead, this was overcooked, mushy and had an indistinct flavor.
