I've had this for a year and over all a great machine to work with alot of my work is based of this and I couldn't be any happier !

I just can’t say enough about this machine out done in every way smooth consistent just a masterpiece for masterpieces.

Well i just got this and it only lasted 2 days and the seller wont do nothing about it! I had one before since they came out on the market and lasted until a few months ago what i think is ok! Thats why i got a new one but they are no good at all! My employee got 2 and the same problem! His lasted a little bit longer(not from this seller) so if you hoing to get it make sure is good even if its new!

Honestly, I know I shouldn’t have bought a tattoo machine on Amazon but I now I really know not to. There was so much wrong with this machine. The battery was super terrible, didn’t work when put into the machine. Also, it didn’t turn on sometimes when batteries were fully charged and continued to turn off upon use.

I received the 3.5 + used it for a couple months before it stopped working. I sent it into Cheyenne for repair + they said I had been using it with the wrong cartridges + therefor it voided the warranty. Well, I wasn’t. I was using Cheyenne cartridges with membranes. However, they chose to gaslight me + tell me something happened in my usage that in fact did not. I reluctantly paid the steep $460 for repair + received it back. I used it a maximum of 5 times, caring for it exceptionally well especially since I just paid a hefty fee to get it back. It stopped working within a month. They had told me the last repair gave the machine another year warranty. So, I returned it to the repair facility hoping this would be sorted ethically + rationally.Well, I couldn’t be more dissatisfied + disappointed with Cheyenne tattoo. They again gaslit me + told me I had ‘abused’ the machine + therefor the new warranty was void…. stating the machine had been ‘dropped.’ Wild, are y’all flies on the wall watching my day to day???? I certainly did not drop the machine or abuse it in anyway. None the less they are asking another $460 for repairs. I could’ve bought a brand new machine at this point. Across disciplines, I’ve never had a company be this terrible toward a customer. They do not back their products + will make up whatever scenario they choose just to price gouge. I will never purchase a single Cheyenne product ever again + as a shop owner I will encourage my team to go with bishop or any other company. Don’t buy this product, it is no more than an overpriced paperweight.
