This inhaler is not a menthol inhaler. It is actual medicine. It doesn't smell the best but once you take two deep inhales on each nostril, you can feel the medication going to work and clearing your nasal congestion. It works extremely well as a decongestant! 5 🌟 all the way!

This works so much better than Aaron or otherwise sprays. I was able to wean myself off Afrin by using this product. Now, I use this product once every other day or sometimes every third day or night I use it once. So much better for you. For me I use two sniffs on each nostril and that is all I need for days. Eventually, I will not need it at all. I will keep it around in case I get sick and have a stuffy nose.

Cleared me right up, now if I could only remember where I put it.

TIP to open: I use my nut cracker to open the top the first time. Works like a charm! After that it is easy to open. Best nasal decongestant available. Works quickly. The smell doesn’t bother me at all, and disappears in less than a minute. But DO NOT OVER USE or you will get the rebound effect which is miserable!!
