Oakley Half Jacket 2.0 just FYI...The socks are a little tricky to get off and on the arms of the sunglasses, but we've found that dishsoap & warm water can help with this process. You still have to remember to treat them with care during this no matter what.My friend loved this particular pair of Oakley Half Jacket 2.0 and didn't want to replace them, but the lenses were a bit scratched after having them for so many years & wearing them for almost everything. So after replacing all but the Oakley 'O' icons, he's essentially got a new pair of sunglasses and is very pleased with them.All in all, I paid less than $70 for new photochromic lenses with their own Oakley microfiber lens cleaning bag, new orange socks and nose grips, and they were all very much authentic Oakley brand parts.These glasses are extremely comfortable and versatile. I personally have worn this style all day and have not really had to adjust them because of discomfort or irritation.I was impressed by how many options there are to change out lenses & socks, etc. And now I can't get enough.Honestly I do hope this helps.

Fits great

Photo looks black, item came and the earpiece socks are very much blue and not at all black.My mistake. Apparently there is no black - but there is "slate". The item pictured under "black" is not the item mentioned in the description, so I would not order that.Not an issue for me as my earpiece socks are fine and I was only ordering this for the nose pads since one of mine went missing.Otherwise all is good here - just make sure you've got the right model and check your color choice before ordering.

I mistakenly thought these were replacement stems for Oakley half jackets but they are not; they are only the "socks" that cover the area where the stems connect to the body of the sunglasses.I tried putting the "socks" on and could not- they were too tight.To me, this didn't appear to be a good value for your money. I will be .returning

Now I know that nothing is going to come out as good as it comes new, but for some reason these just don't fit snuggly. I've purchased two different sets, one from Oakley and one from Amazon. Both had the same issue. Do they look like the same shape and size as the ones that came on my Jackets new, yes, but after installation there's a section that does not fit tightly. Did I use dish soap, yes. Was I careful not to stretch them while sliding them in place, definitely. I just have a hard time paying $15-$20 for an item that doesn't fit tightly.

Use soap and water to install NOT hand sanitizer like they suggest. I was about to return them until I watched a second video on YouTube. Changed everything And slid right on!! 😊

It was difficult to put on but improved the look half jackets. Only dislike was I never got my nose pads only the socks

Use soapy water, and hair dryer to get the easiest install. Only push, don’t pull or it will stretch and not fit.

As described fit tight and great onto my old frame

A little bit of dish soap and they went on well. Original product . Fits very well.

No instructions provided for making installing easier. My hands were so sore from the effort of trying to push the rubber arms on that they were shaking, and I had no choice but to continue because I could not put the old ones back on. They also got warped during the experience and are almost worse than the ones I wanted to replace. Very disappointed in Oakley

Style is perfect

I had the original Orange coloured covers and they made the Expensive Oakleys lok cheap. These new ones are not only easy to fit if you take your time and warm them in some boiling water. (be careful) but they have the effect of making the glasses look like their value.Fast delivery and well packaged.
