I bought these, thinking that they contain the plug in. these are only refills. which “plug in” should i buy? which is compatible plug in for this?

Febreze plug ins warmers I bought 2 sets of 4....8-NONE OF THE WARMERS WORK, VERY DISAPPOINTED I HAVE 16 BOTTLE SETS THAT YOU CAN'T USE BECAUSE THESE PLUGINS/WARMERS DO NOT WORK/HEAT UP I'VE MADE SURE TO FOLLOW ALL STEPS CLICKED IN AND PLUGGED IN ALL WAY NO SCENT COMES OUT$$$$$ WASTE
