Looking forward to trying out the recipes in this book. Nice size and looks interesting.

Good information and plenty of elaboration, but way too few recipes for me. It genuinely is more of a technique book, but personally, i would have preferred more recipes. The book, once received, was very different in nature than I had anticipated. I'm not sure if it was due to my mistake, the description, reviews, or some combination thereof. Had I perused it in a bookstore, I would have placed it back on the shelf. However and again, for what it is, it's solid -- it's just not what I had desired or anticipated. So, for someone like me who is looking for more of a recipe book, this is not it. But the book does have value. Again, it just simply depends on what one wants.

Very clear, simple instructions. I now make my own Greek yogurt. I gave the book to my ex-wife since I have another more comprehensive book on homemade dairy recipes. Great book for learning how to make yogurts.
