I took a risk, considering buying supplements you ingest online can be nerve wrecking. But I am happy to say that I have seen no Ill effects on my system and have notice CONSIDERABLE reduction in shedding since using them. I love love love my microingredients pumpkin seed oil! Great quality, a little big but still easy to swallow with no side effects! I believe it really helped me with hair growth. I cut all my hair off in the summer of 2022, as of today feb25th2026, my hair is in the middle of my back… mind you I kept getting it cut short a couple times before deciding to let it grow out. Of course with good maintenance and a trim once every few weeks to a month, the growth just accelerated…. I believe the pumpkin seed helped with that! I am absolutely blown away by this supplement. After losing so much hair in the past few months, I would literally have a panic attack when it was hair wash day because of the hand fills off hair I knew was going to be in my hands. I stayed using these Dec 25,2025 and here we are January 12 and I barely have any hair shed during washes and while putting products on my hair. These truly work!!!! They are large, somewhat of a challenge to swallow, but worth it! I am NOT a paid influencer or sponsored. I just want people to know that this truly works and blocks that hormone that makes hair fall out. I don't think it regrows hair, but it will stop it from coming out in clumps!!!

I love the Micro Ingredients brand, and have trusted them for years. I just started taking these as suggested for hair health and it’s too early to gauge whether or not they are working. The individual pills are pretty large, but go down easily.
