The price and quality are on point. You never know what you may need in a pinch, this will fill a bunch of gaps.Update - I have ordered several types and brands of these type kits. As far a the case, it is easily the best out there. The one thing it lacks is the ability to keep the instruments sterile. The instruments themselves are of adequate quality for most emergencies. While you would not find these brands in a hospital surgical suite, they will serve well in a field emergency.

It's cheap and so don't expect much I'd say it's a good value however I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it came from Pakistan

Great kit for practice or to put as part of your first aid gear. Comes wit 2 sets of sutures and all the stuff to use them. Can order bulk suture kits to go with it.
