M.A.D Skincare Spot On Zinc And Sulfur Mask - For Acne Prone Skin 2 oz.

This mask is a white mask unlike clay masks I've tried. It is more based on zinc and sulfur with tea tree, camphor and willow bark extract. Which means it heals skin fast and cleans pores miraculously. I have used this two times so far and already my skin is clearing up. I had some issues this month with my skin breaking out more and was desperate for a solution since I'd run out of other masks. I spot treated my face with this mask overnight as well and it dried up some issues. So it is good for super cleansing the skin and also for drying up spots. It does seem to remove excess oil rather well even though there is some oil in the formula. What is working so well I think is the addition of bentonite. This also contains chamomile extract and witch hazel. It seems like a very healing mask and I'm happy with it so far. Just note that it is a small size for a mask - only 2 ounces. But it seems to really work and I bet you will mostly use it for spot treatments. ~The Rebecca Review 2/16/2019 - Recently I've found that this mask helps with Rosacea. It decreases redness and heat in the face. It is sort of cooling when used as a mask. Because I was using it mostly for spots and blemishes I did not realize how cooling it was for Rosacea. Definitely something I'm going to keep on hand for more than spot treatment. 2/17/2021 - I went out into the snow and was exposed to the cold air and the next day the effect of too much sunlight and cold air made my rosacea really bad. It was scary. I put this mask on several times, rinsing off the former application. Worked to reduce puffiness and redness. Within two days my skin was nearly normal again. I just ordered more of this because I don't want to run out! Heals skin really fast. Super effective again and again. When I have a bad day and M.A.D. clears up my problems I could not be happier.

Favorite mask of mine. My esthetician uses this regularly in my facials. I also use this at home, typically after a long night out or after a long travel day. It does a good job of healing my skin when stressed-- drying up my oil-prone skin without scaliness or flakiness, and evening out my skin tone. I'll even sleep with it on (with an old pillowcase slipped over my regular one), which my esthetician also recommended.

If you suffer like I do with cystic acne this stuff is amazing. I spot it on wherever I have a blemish and leave it on overnight. Seriously whatever was there before is at least 50% gone by morning. I LOVE this product. The smell is kinda like farts though because of the sulpher but to not have acne I’ll take a night of fart face lol

Not a miracle worker, but it definitely helps to reduce inflammation and redness from acne. Very calming for the skin.
