Horrible chemical smell!
They were the right thickness and size for my project. The smell is horrible! I have a bag airing out hopefully the smell will dissipate. Made in China.

Holes
These work okay for inexpensive bags. Some have holes in them when I go to use them so I check good before wrapping.
