This is my fourth time buying H2Ocean Healing Rinse, and it’s easily the best oral rinse I’ve ever used. I originally bought it for canker sore relief — and wow, it works fast. Excellent mouthwash. The sea salt is very healing. It helps with dry mouth and really makes a difference. It's definitely a different experience than your typical name brand mouthwash but feels much more natural and less abrasive while still being effective. I like the mint flavor and wish it was a bit more minty. I noticed my gums are less red when I use this consistently. This would be a great mouthwash to use with sensitivity or post dental work.

bought this after irritating my gums from flossing too hard, and it worked amazingly well.I really appreciate that it’s made with natural sea salt and no alcohol. My gums felt better after just a couple of uses. Will definitely repurchase. Highly recommend if you're dealing with gum irritation!

It works but it's a horrible taste

I don't know if it's because of how long this water sits or the way that they added the salt to the water, but it's just so gross. Whenever I make myself a salt water mouthwash with sea salt, it doesn't have this really bitter taste to it like this does.

aside from rinsing my mouth with baking soda and water or salt water and water after every meal, this is the only thing that has worked and I have tried plenty! Once in the morning -once at night. Works for me! I will buy this in bulk!
