Customer service
Whilst I cannot comment on the product due to it being defective and unsuitable for assembly, the customer service was immediate and impeccable hence the 4* review. If on the item alone I would only be able to rate 2*.

If I could leave no star I would
Awful product with awful customer service. The instructions are shocking the diagrams are as big as a thumb nail. I requested a refund which involved sending the box back which to add I am disabled and have no transportation to take such a thing back. So in the end I just asked for replacements for the faulty items this was sent without the items I requested no screws a hinge that is wonkey and won’t go on. I give up with this item as the customer service is shocking and I had to actually message a few times to remind them to send the replacement items out. just accept it as a loss but want to warn others of the multiple issues I had with this product and the customer service both shocking I would not recommend

Good quality
Great for toy storage. The slow hinges are great to ensure our toddler doesn’t hurt his fingers. Looks lovely in our lounge. I would buy this again.

Seller great, product as a expected for the price
The item came with a couple of scratches but the seller was speedy with the reply and resolved the same day. Instructions could be better but for the money would buy again.

Fell apart easily
This looks nice but on building is flimsy, was missing dowels and pieces we needing glued. The parts with dowels in them seem to separate too causing cracks.

Good size quite sturdy, ideal as toybox for young children

Great value
Sturdy and quite chunky, which surprised me as was reasonable price. After reading other reviews I decided not to put on the safety bracket as its for a savvy 5 year old, am hoping he's careful opening the lid.The instructions weren't detailed enough for me, I had to take the sides off a couple of times, from the picture it wasn't clear which way was up, but only took half hour to assemble.
