The bag is a decent size, it can fit 12 cans of soda as advertised. The zipper does seem to get stuck easily, but maybe over time it'll loosen up. I got the color I ordered, however it did not come with the shoulder strap. I checked every compartment hoping it would magically appear. It never did. Overall the quality holds up well, and I'm happy with it.Edit: Dog had the strap. Must of fell out the bag.

This is nice because the weight is distributed in the handles as opposed to putting stress on the zipper.

I gave this 3 stars due to the size. Yes it can fit 2 Tupperware dishes but the size advertised seems a lot larger than the actual dimensions of the lunch box I received. With that being said, it does its job. I put one ice pack in it with my lunch and it keeps it cool while not being in a fridge. It also has a nice exterior pocket to keep sauces, silverware or napkins.
