I always like the glycinate chelater because of its high absorption and effectiveness.But in my case, I'm already copper deficient, And just two days on this product was devastating. I had bone crushing fatigue, brain fog, and extreme depression. But within an hour of my ingesting it, I knew it was not.Anyone with celiac, be aware!They also don’t take returns.I’m sure if you don’t have celiac, this product is fine.
