Side flush toilets are awful.The original flush lever in mine broke after a few years. Being lazy I ordered one off Amazon instead of going to a plumbing store. It broke within weeks. I tried jury rigging a jointed regular flush handle, and it was sturdy but the toilet kept running. So I ordered another one off Amazon ... it broke within weeks. After a few months I tried again ... it broke within weeks.Really this is a review of my own intelligence, which I only give one star, because I keep going back for more. The flush handle on my toilet is currently broken. It can be flushed with difficulty by pushing down on the lever (the handle itself has fallen off). Eventually I will go to the plumbing store and get a quality one. I haven't done it yet because I am still lazy. But in the meantime don't make my mistake. This thing is a piece of junk.

I bought this after reading the latest review posted.I had a sticky handle because the plastic nut was worn out. I got tired of having to make sure the handle did not stick after each flush to make sure the water was not running 24/7. A pain really so I had to replace it.This one came with a square black washer which I did not use as it was too wide and too soft. I replaced it with a black plastic washer that I had in my toolbox and it works great. The washer goes against the inside of the tank and this plastic nut tightened against it. Works much better than the square washer that came with it.No more sticky handle - took me less than 10 minutes and I did it myself .No plumber or handyman required.

When the nut holding the flush handle on my Toto stripped, I looked for replacements. Considering the high cost of an official replacement, and the fact I wasn't sure what model toilet tank I have, I looked at these third-party replacements as a potential solution. Removing the old flush lever was simple, but the first attempt at replacing it with this Jmkcoz handle necessitated bending (carefully) the flush extension both outwards and downwards, and ignoring the rubber spacer they included in the kit (not enough space for the spacer). Total time to install was about ten minutes, with some careful bending to make everything work smoothly. The result was great: the new handle works perfectly, sits flush to the tank, and has worked without issue so far. Considering the difference in price between this Jmkcoz handle and the official Toto handle, it was well worth the attempt with this third-party handle! If you're even slightly handy with tools, this is an easy install.

Got it for a low profile Toto. Original OEM parts are like $56 CAD so I bought another third party replacement from Home Depot and for about $25 and it was terrible. This one costs much less but works perfectly without any adjustment! The only thing to watch out for is the rubber gasket is too large and without the gasket, it would be too loose so I just cut the square gasket in half with a scissors and just used half of it and it fit now fits snuggly into the square and secure. Works in the Toto toilet like a charm!
