Fun guitar
Traveler guitars are my go to for just sitting around play in the living room or especially for travel and camping. They probably get played more than any of my others.

A nice surprise
A well made guitar for travelling. Exactly as expected, in fact better than expected. I had played a few of these at different stores and always found the exposed frets along the neck (both sides) rougher than I would like. I thought the same might be true with this one and I would have to spend a bit of time smoothing/polishing the frets in order to make it playable the way I like. Great surprise to find out that it's pretty much ready to go the way it is. Happy camper for sure.

Nice S style guitar, but not for me
Managed to pick up a 'used - Good' black model from the warehouse for 180. Too good to pass a chance to check it out. 😅Ended up returning it after deciding I couldn't find a way to comfortably play it sitting down.Pros:- pretty decent pickups IMO- decent neck and frets (smooth, no edges, etc... what I'd expect for a 300$~MSRP guitar tbh, but I had terrible frets on the pro-mod X so I was happy with the neck on this one)- nice output when tested on a several amps- tremolo system- deluxe style gig bag (larger and better padded than the standard bag used by the Ultra light models)- came with cable and traveler branded pickCons:- strings were in somewhat poor shape. Playable, but would require new strings if I kept it.- head droop is pretty bad while sitting without a strap. I had to either wedge it into my torso with my leg, or angle my wrist over the bridge to hold it in place. Unfortunately, the floating bridge is not comfortable for my wrist to set against and kept chafing my wrist.- Seemed to go out of tune pretty regularly. Especially if I used the whammy bar. Also not a fan of the tuning heads, which gave me some trouble getting certain strings to properly tune.- string action felt a little off, but might've just needed truss and bridge adjustment.Overall, decent guitar for under 200 after tax, but doesn't fit the way I like to hold my guitars.

Small enough for travel but doesn’t fit a grown body
fretboard and pickups are fine but it hurts my chest and abdomen to play. Strap buttons are both in the back and poke into you. jack is in the back and also going into your stomach so plugging in hurts more. I’m 5’11 160 for reference. I’ve tried a strap adapter at the neck and that doesn’t help the fit. This is a good idea but seems like it is from the school of bad design. You really need to use your right arm to steady it while playing which makes for a rough playing experience. Neck seems to want to droop down no matter what strap I use. I emailed the company for ideas on alternative straps or strap hole mods and they did not respond.

Excellent Travel Guitar!!
Great sound at all 5 positions and tuners are reliable as strings stay in tune through multiple sessions.

Ohhh boy ladies and gentlemen.....
Was excited when I found out about this pickgaurd strat. But boy was I dissapointed when I started playing. The pick ups are sub optimal, but I expected that. What I didn't expect was the NUT TO NOT BE GLUED TO THE FRET BOARD. This crap is exciting. For some reason the saddles are all angled strangley too. Also, the nut cracker in half after I attempted to lightly push it back toward the center since it keeps sliding off. What the hell Traveller guitars? At this price point, all of us consumers deserve better. DONT PURCHASE THIS GUITAR UNTIL THEY'VE ADDRESSES THIS ISSUE. Unbelievable that they would cut corners like this

The media could not be loaded.
