These are great in helping you to stay regular and keep you full so you eat less throughout the day. I always reorder before my tablets finish. Can’t live without them!!

Overall I'm quite happy with the purchase and the tablets do what they're supposed to do. I'm giving 4 stars only because they are a bit bigger than expected, so can have a tiny bit problems with swallowing.

Got these to help regulate my bowel movements. Can't say I've had a discernible effect, but keeping on with them.

I would think twice purchasing these as they are expensive but worth it if the work for you, didn't for me great in stopping the boasting and settling the stomach and head but I was constipated on these on went twice in a week... Not pleasant for me....
