Good Decent batteries, pros and cons below
Tried to expand my rechargeable battery arsenal so I picked up a set of these. I picked these over the LiIon batteries with a microUSB/TypeC charger slot as these Hixons do house a larger battery without the slot. They also appear to be a better build/brand than many of the other cheap Chinese equivalents out there.Cons: Not quite close to their rated capacity. At a 500mAh draw, the AA's made it to 2100 mAh (about 3150 mWh's, not 3500), and the AAA's made it only to 570 (830 mWh, not 1100). The AAA's won't supply as much total current as their alkaline or NiMH equivalent. Price per battery is much higher than that of NiMH. Charger requires you to plug it into USB power before connecting the batteries (more of a nuisance). At the 1.5volts that these run at, they could be good for flashlights, however, they get too hot when used at a high discharge for too long due to the buck converter circuit inside. If used in a flashlight, i recommend only intermittent use to reduce overheating batteries.Pros: The AA's have about the same amperage output as their NiMH or Alkaline equivalents. The cells hold a constant 1.5volts throughout their whole life, only briefly dropping to 1.1v, then shutting off the circuit upon being dead, nice feature for some applications. Lighter than Alkaline or NiMH. Easy and quick to charge.Summary: Until these style batteries can either increase their capacity or reduce their cost, they likely won't be competing with NiMH rechargeables for 80% of use cases anytime soon. For the 20% - some electronics require or perform better at higher voltages (Smart locks, RC cars, wireless controllers to maximize range, anything with a motor, etc.), so I'd recommend buying a set of these for those specific electronics, and sticking with NiMH for everything else. DO NOT: recharge these via any charger other than the one supplied with the batteries, they require a 5V input regulated by the Hixon charger.

1.5v continuous -- Good mAh for AAA
Wanted rechargeable 1.5v AAA batteries. These fit just fine. Tested with an LED lamp (pic). They kept the lamp lit for 4hrs. Same brand AA battery kept lit for 12hrs. Thus 1/3 the mAh, which matches their specification.Note: LED lamp uses 3 batteries in series; thus 4.5v if using 1.5v AA/AAA or 3.6v if using 1.2v AA/AAA. 1.2v batteries 'last longer' if the same mAh due to less mWh draw. LED lamp is noticeably brighter (at least 20%) using 1.5v versus 1.2v batteries. So, if 1.5v is what is needed, then Li-ION 1.5v batteries are the best choice. Will be using these 1.5v AAA batteries where the higher voltage is better and low current draw.

Rechargeable batteries work very well
Rechargeable batteries work very well but use the charger that is meant for those batteries

DO NOT BUY - THERMAL RUNAWAY - EXTREME HAZARD
These batteries are bad. I did an initial charge of the batteries and then put them in a flashlight. Couple weeks later went to use the flashlight and it died almost immediately. Took the batteries out and tested them with an ohm meter and they did not have full voltage. Tried recharging and retesting the voltage. Same thing. Several of the batteries would not even charge a second time. Complete waste of money. If you purchase anyhow, test the batteries with an ohm meter and verify their charging properly so you can return them within the 30-day return window. My guess is you'll be returning them.Update 7/19/24. Batteries had a thermal run away. Melted my flashlight. EXTERME HAZARD!

Change frequency outweighs onetime cost
Doesn't last as long as non-rechargeable batteries but in the long run is cheaper.

Very good batteries!
These batteries act like new batteries for a long time in whatever you use them in and they last a long time. They recharge in about 2 hours and then it's like you have brand new batteries again. Regular rechargeable batteries are not like that. I recommend these batteries. Make sure you get the right charger. It won't work with a normal rechargeable charger

Hixon 1.5V Rechargeable Lithium AAA Batteries
The AAA batteries I received do not hold a charge for very long. The AA batteries work fine and the stored batteries have been holding a charge as described. I am doing a test to see exactly how long the AAA (triple A) batteries are holding a charge. I was disappointed after charging the batteries and the alkaline batteries in a remote finally went. Put two Hixon 1.5V Rechargeable Lithium AAA Batteries in and nothing. Checked the batteries and they were dead.
